Crystallization
Crystallisation is a process of separating dissolved solids from a solvent.
The solution is warmed in an open container,
Which lets the solvent evaporate leaving a saturated solution. (A saturated solution is when a solid cant dissolve any more.)
The saturated solution is then cooled and the crystals form.
The crystals creep up the sides of the container leaving no water.
example: if you put some sugar into a container then add hot water to it, then leave it to sit there for a while there should be a growth of 'crystals' inside it.
